skin个词最常见，意思也较多，我们先从词典上一一认识一下

zest

它们之间有什么区别？

区别不是特别大。只有当遇到特性特别明显时，你需要注意区分。

当我们把某种皮当作调味料来说时，就用zest。

Peel常指柑橘类、香蕉等的皮。橘子皮，柠檬皮，香蕉皮、苹果皮的皮都可以用peel。指可以削或者可以剥的皮。Peel也可作动词，意思是“使水果或者蔬菜的皮与本身分离”，不能用在动物上。

Rind描述皮时则指那些较厚较坚硬的皮或者壳，像是西瓜的皮。它也经常与芝士和肉搭配。

Skin作为名词时可以用在蔬菜，某些水果，当然还有人和动物身上的。
